Passing the Torch is the Midwest's first adaptation of a nationally regarded workshop which guides long-term nonprofit executives or founders through an exploration of the complex organizational, professional and personal issues central to effective succession planning and transition. The two-day workshop is a confidential and safe place to ask difficult questions, learn from those who have mastered the process and prepare for your personal and organizational transition.
